You can now book an extra session with your regular tutor anytime.
For existing Avivo students only.
Self Book Anytime
Enrolled students can book an extra session with their tutor at anytime during the term. This booking option opens on the first day of the term and closes on the last day of the term.
Manage Sessions
Need to cancel a session? This can be done from your phone, tablet or desktop by logging into your Avivo Profile.
Self Manage Tutoring Sessions
During the term parents/caregivers can self manage caqncelling a session by logging onto their profile. Once cancelled, a confirmation email of the cancelled session will be sent.
Cancelled sessions can only be made up via AvivOnline or in person at the discretion of your tutor. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled.

Elite Virtual Courses
Signature Courses on Managing Year 10, 11 and 12 VCE and IB are now available to download.
Our Collection of Signature Courses has been developed for students wanting to gain an extra edge to their academic studies.
Each course has been created by drawing on the experience and learnings of a select group of high achieving individuals.
The courses have been especially designed to provide a strategic roadmap for students and their parents by offering up to date strategies, key tips, tools and guidance for mastering a year level or subject area.
Cancelled sessions can only be made up via AvivOnline or in person at the discretion of your tutor.
Elite Tutoring Junior Program
Students work in small groups of 3-5 students with one of our elite tutors. Ideal for Year 3-6.

Elite small group tutoring is now available for junior students.
Offered every afternoon in our new dedicated space for small groups (3-5 students).
Students requiring individualised attention should enrol in our term based one on one tutoring program.
VCE Maths Workshops
Join other like minded students for a 2.5 hour virtual workshop on navigating VCE General Mathematics or Mathematical Methods in 2025.

For students wanting to get a headstart on VCE/IB subjects or general schoolwork.
January 2026 Headstart Program
We offer a personalised Headstart Program for students wanting to start the school year ahead of the rest.
The program runs over 3 days in late January and includes intensive one on one tutoring and an assessment module.
